Strategic Architecture & Planning

Clarify the direction before committing resources.

Start with the overall business objectives. Study the industry, customers and competition, and review business activities, resources and organizational conditions. Turn the direction into a business plan, milestones and actions, with management learning to establish a shared basis for decisions.

Understand the question first, then agree the scope together.

For whom

Business decision makers and management teams exploring growth, changing their business portfolio, entering a new market, or seeking shared judgment before capital and technology investment.

My role

I undertake strategic research, business diagnosis and planning, and coordinate the work with management to verify operating facts and assumptions. Participants, deliverables and responsibilities for training and subsequent model, governance, technology and specialist work are defined for each project.

Scope of work

Choose a service around the actual question. The scope and outputs depend on what we agree together.

01

Industry research and opportunities

Study industry trends, competitors, customer needs and industrial relationships. Separate operating facts from assumptions to be tested, and establish a basis for entering, adjusting or continuing to observe a market.

02

Business diagnosis and overall strategy

Review operations, assets, technology, channels, teams and resource constraints. Define the core business, priority customers and objectives for the next three to five years, bringing operations, organization and capital needs into one strategic framework.

03

Business plan and pathway comparison

Organize the value proposition, business portfolio, revenues, costs and market entry approach. Compare resource requirements and prerequisites. Detailed financial scenarios, incentives and institutional rules can be developed through model and governance work.

04

Management learning and business exercises

Organize learning on capital markets, operating assets and digital liquidity, US markets and listings, STO, liquidity, asset injections, digital commerce abroad, stakeholder governance and opportunity windows. I coordinate the business questions and action papers; instructors, hours, demonstrations and course arrangements are confirmed individually.

05

Phased actions and validation

Identify assumptions, information gaps, responsible people and decision points. Validate conditions before arranging product, brand, capital or technology implementation, and revise plans against operating feedback.

How the work progresses

01

Align objectives and scope

Confirm the stage, key questions, intended use, information scope and participants.

02

Research and management interviews

Establish evidence through industry research, operating information and interviews.

03

Compare and review options

Discuss directions, conditions, assumptions and resources, and record follow-up actions.

04

Handover and action alignment

Review reports and roadmaps, and confirm validation plans, responsibilities and the next scope.

Potential outputs

  • Strategic research and opportunity assessment, with evidence, assumptions and issues to validate.
  • Business diagnosis, resource inventory and issue list.
  • Business plan, comparison of pathways and phased action roadmap.
  • Agreed training materials, business exercises and action working papers.
Clear roles and verified prerequisites.

This service covers research, diagnosis, planning and pathway advice. The business makes operating decisions and confirms information; legal, audit and securities opinions and actual specialist activities are undertaken by the relevant professional entities. No operating, listing, financing or return outcome is promised.

Common questions

Is this suitable without a listing or STO plan?

Yes. Work can begin with operations, growth and organization. Capitalization is considered when objectives and conditions call for it.

How do training and strategy consulting connect?

Learning establishes a shared language; diagnosis and planning develop specific judgments. Courses and working papers can be commissioned separately. Learning does not replace specialist review or an implementation plan.

How are deliverables, fees and timing agreed?

Formats, fees and milestones reflect research depth, information readiness, interviews, reviews and training workload. Subsequent specialist work is agreed separately.

What to prepare for our first conversation

  • Core business, customers, competition and the situation to improve.
  • Overview of assets, technology, channels, teams and organizational relationships.
  • Initial information on revenue, costs, investment and future objectives.
  • Decision makers, interview availability and training topics requiring shared understanding.

A brief overview is enough for the first email. Detailed materials can follow once we agree how to proceed.
