Listed Company Stakeholder Wallet and Co-branded Card

Use a company-branded account to support ongoing participation.

Combine a company-branded wallet, rights and governance administration, and card-program interfaces with rule design, deployment and ongoing operations. Shareholders, employees, customers and partners access their respective rights through one role-based entry point. Validate the first phase with one company and one or two groups.

01

Who it is for

For listed companies that want continuing stakeholder relationships, particularly businesses with a brand, customers or partner network but no unified account and rights experience. Wallet and role operations can be planned first; capital interfaces are assessed independently and do not require STO as a starting step.

02

What needs to be in place

Confirm the first participants, priority use case, target regions and existing systems. Prepare brand permissions, role qualifications, evidence for contributions and rights, approval responsibilities and data scope. Check card and payment partner conditions, technical ownership, budget and pilot users. Account registration, cardholding and governance participation have separate eligibility requirements.

My role

I can contribute to account positioning, stakeholder relationships, rights rules and brand touchpoints, clarifying pilot scope, partner responsibilities and operating decisions. WISERUNION and delivery teams provide agreed wallet, governance and administrative configuration. Card issuance, payments, custody, clearing, settlement and optional securities interfaces belong to the relevant specialist partners.

A path forward

Technology in context

The P05 enterprise wallet and governance platform supports branded accounts, role permissions, contribution and rights records, proposals, participation and logs. P06 card interfaces support virtual and physical cards and their lifecycle. Optional capital interfaces display approved holdings, disclosures, exit and settlement status. Contribution and governance rights, capital interests and spendable balances are displayed and reconciled separately.

Scenario acceptance, training, operations and maintenance plans, a pilot report and recommendations for further roles.

From a question to a path

A path forward

  1. Select the pilot: define target regions, use cases and rights for one or two participant groups.

  2. Build the instance: confirm branding and rules, configure the wallet and administration, and test users and permissions.

  3. Connect the card program: integrate subject to partner approval and supported regions, assessing capital connections separately.

  4. Review operations: observe activation, rights use, governance participation and support issues before expanding.

What needs to be in place

Scope & limitations

Contributions, points and securities holdings do not automatically become card-spendable funds. Capital interests must satisfy applicable exit and settlement conditions before becoming available balances. Wallet software does not confer card-issuing, payment or securities qualifications. Card types, regions, fees and availability depend on partners, product versions, technical acceptance and formal agreements.
