Digital operations & collaboration
Stakeholder Digital Governance
Give contributions evidence and long-term collaboration clear rules.
Bring employee, customer, channel and partner roles, contribution approval, rights and participation processes into the company’s own digital workspace. Governance design, incentives, software configuration and ongoing operations start from a real collaboration problem and gradually become an executable, improvable mechanism.
01
Who it is for
For enterprises where contributions rely on personal memory, rights are unclear or participation is hard to trace, and organizations whose existing rules need systems and operational support. A listing is not required. Start with one employee, channel-partner or customer-membership scenario.
02
What needs to be in place
Choose an event type and participant group. Explain the current workflow, evidence, submitters and reviewers, and intended rights. Map CRM, membership or other business systems. Define data scope, permissions, incentive sources, disputes and decision authority. Agree how contributions are recognized before configuring automation.

My role
I can contribute to stakeholder mapping, contribution definitions, rights models and governance procedures, translating rules into responsibilities and acceptance criteria. WISERUNION and delivery teams undertake agreed configuration, interfaces and operational work. The enterprise retains responsibility for business facts, approval of rights rules and governance decisions.
A path forward
Technology in context
Use applicable enterprise wallet and governance modules for role accounts, contribution evidence, rights status, proposals, feedback and administration. Link each business event to identity, review, rights eligibility, participation and traceable records. Existing systems may continue, subject to interface, data and authorization conditions.

- 04
Participation operations, team handover, pilot review and a rule-improvement plan.
From a question to a path
A path forward
Define the scenario: start with an actual business and collaboration issue, confirming participants and an owner.
Establish rules: agree contributions, rights, permissions and decision procedures, recording their conditions.
Configure and verify: implement the rules, checking normal workflows, permission boundaries and disputes.
Operate and review: organize participation and issues, review implementation, then extend roles or revise rules.
What needs to be in place
Scope & limitations
Contribution records, membership and service benefits do not automatically become equity, securities or dividend rights. The effect of governance decisions depends on formal rules and authority. Confirm versions, demonstrable modules, custom development, data management and operating responsibilities individually. A governance-design service can be agreed separately when only rules and documents are needed.
