Brand Planning

Keep content and communication consistent with the brand’s positioning.

Start with the business and its audiences. Clarify the brand’s positioning, main message and communication approach. Keep content about the company, products, markets and partners consistent, with ongoing plans for promotion, communities and local channels.

Understand the question first, then agree the scope together.

For whom

Businesses and projects launching or updating brands, announcing products, or connecting customers, communities, channels and overseas partners.

My role

I lead positioning, narrative, content structure and promotion planning. Agreed teams and partners carry out visual production, media events, community and channel work. The business provides facts and authorizations and approves publication.

Scope of work

Choose a service around the actual question. The scope and outputs depend on what we agree together.

01

Positioning and audiences

Review differences, audience concerns, markets and evidence. Define the proposition, priority audiences and boundaries of communication, creating shared brand understanding.

02

Narrative and content

Organize products, the business, collaboration and mechanisms into stories, websites, white papers, briefs and content frameworks. Business and capital communication remain consistent with facts, approved rules and disclosures.

03

Communication and launches

Plan media, KOLs, events and content cadence. I coordinate content and responsibilities; teams produce and execute agreed work. Channel, event and external costs are confirmed separately.

04

Communities and industrial ecosystems

Design participation value, roles, onboarding, discussions and events, coordinating channel partners, city nodes and industrial agendas. Operations teams organize and review ongoing activity, turning connections into tasks with responsible owners.

05

Overseas markets and local channels

Assess entry approaches against delivery capabilities, customers, local brands and operating conditions. Coordinate channel, specialist and operating resources. Partners confirm conditions and work, with continued review of reach and collaboration feedback.

How the work progresses

01

Align facts and objectives

Confirm the brand, audiences, markets, materials and problems.

02

Review positioning and content

Agree the proposition, narrative, channels and participation rules.

03

Coordinate production and operations

Define teams and resources and progress agreed work.

04

Review and update

Review versions and feedback, and define the next tasks.

Potential outputs

  • Positioning, audience and core narrative documentation.
  • Website and business-material frameworks and agreed copy.
  • Launch, media-event and channel plan.
  • Community blueprint, calendar, partner and task records.
  • Communication and participation review with improvement recommendations.
Clear roles and verified prerequisites.

Content needs evidence, authorization and business approval. It does not replace business models, governance rules, legal opinions or capital design. Actual partners undertake media, events, community and local operations under agreed terms.

Common questions

Can we commission only positioning or a single launch?

Yes. Select modules according to objectives; production and ongoing operations can be agreed in phases.

How does this connect to visual expression?

Brand planning defines positioning, narrative and communication. Visual expression produces identity, materials, presentations, interfaces and video. They can be combined or commissioned independently.

Can reach, customer numbers or partnerships be guaranteed?

No. Acceptance relates to planning, content, coordination and agreed execution. Market and partner responses depend on specific conditions.
