Markets & liquidity
Securities Liquidity Development
Plan how to connect to the market, agree who does the work, and keep reviewing it.
Address trading depth, investor connections or technical access around existing securities by combining accounts and mapping, trading data, participation rules and professional operations. Establish a market baseline before choosing an integration pilot and IR activities, so each investment corresponds to verifiable deliverables.
01
Who it is for
For enterprises with a securities foundation and a need for market connections. They may have a trading venue but discontinuous participation, weak investor communication or disconnected account and trading interfaces. The focus is to identify conditions affecting liquidity and organize available technology, people and partners.
02
What needs to be in place
Prepare company and security information, market and public disclosures, trading data and sources, existing platforms, accounts, partners and current issues. Agree consistent definitions for spreads, depth, quote continuity and participant composition. Confirm security rights, transfer restrictions, interface availability, operating budget and the lead team.

My role
I can contribute to market diagnosis, solution architecture, capital and communication planning, bringing technical access, partner conditions and ongoing operations into an implementation plan. WISERUNION and delivery teams undertake agreed integration and professional coordination. Securities, custody, trading and actual market-making are performed separately by qualified counterparties.

Technology in context
WBS supports accounts, identity and securities connections. Omin Market supports approved assets’ trading interfaces, pairs, data and reconciliation. AssetX configures participation rules, contribution records and incentive calculations. Choose modules against versions, markets, budgets and access conditions, alongside liquidity operations and investor relations services.

From a question to a path
A path forward
Understand the position: verify assets, markets, systems and data, forming a prioritized issue list.
Confirm the combination: select modules, human services and partners, defining resources, budgets and acceptance criteria.
Run an integration pilot: connect and test within approved scope, supporting initial operations and investor communication.
Review continuously: observe spreads, depth and participation while separately checking completed work and required adjustments.
What needs to be in place
Scope & limitations
Technical mapping does not remove securities transfer or investor eligibility restrictions. Software, operating services, third-party costs and financial resources are confirmed separately; a solution description does not replace an actual market-making mandate. Access and tests depend on platform approval and scheduling. Acceptance concerns execution and reports, not promised volume, spreads, valuation or returns.
