Website Planning & Delivery

Connect positioning, content, design, development and acceptance into a website that others can maintain.

Usage guide

When I work on a website, the page is only part of the job. We also need to understand who it is for, what they need to find, what happens next and how the site will be updated. This Skill turns those questions into a working method.

What to prepare

  • The site’s purpose, audience and agreed scope
  • Existing pages, content, assets and verifiable project material
  • Language, device, hosting and publication requirements

What you receive

  • Information architecture, page plans and visitor journeys
  • Implementation that can be previewed, edited and maintained
  • Acceptance and handover records tied to the actual delivery state

Who it is for

  • Handing an existing website over to a colleague
  • Planning a new personal or corporate public website
  • Connecting content management, localization and publishing

How the work progresses

  1. 01

Clarify the objective and content scope

  2. 02

Turn the information structure into working pages

  3. 03

Check reading and interaction in practice

  4. 04

Verify delivery and leave a clear maintenance path
