My Communication Style

Say what needs to be said, then adjust the tone to the relationship and situation while keeping it direct and natural.

Usage guide

The same point may need different wording with a colleague, a client or a friend. I want AI to understand the purpose first, then choose the right words and distance. A few catchphrases are not enough.

What to prepare

  • The recipient, relationship and current situation
  • What needs a response and what the user actually wants to say
  • An existing draft and the stated facts, position and boundaries

What you receive

  • A reply or communication draft ready to edit and use
  • Equivalent wording in another language when needed
  • Clear language that retains the user’s position without adding promises

Who it is for

  • Clarifying progress and next steps with colleagues
  • Explaining a proposal or boundary to a client
  • Making a draft more natural or translating it faithfully
