# Supplementary Evidence B01–B03

Andrew David W.Y. · T02 material 03

## When to open

All four roles open together after independent assessment, role exchange and disagreement records. These facts remain within F01's batch and window, without changing the task. All roles may use all three; no secret information is added.

## B01 | Rework causes

The review separates four adjustments: two relate to later customer specification changes and two involve assembly deviations. Responsibility for assembly deviations remains undefined, with no evidence linking them to alternative components.

## B02 | Alternative approval and expenses

The delivery owner approved alternatives under this scenario's existing procedure. Expedited freight was settled as agreed. Earlier risks and other losses are not fully documented; settled freight alone does not establish that every risk was absent.

## B03 | Checklist use

Two differently numbered use records were added to the original one: three in total within this batch's F01 window. Staff found missing components easier to locate, but no comparable efficiency data exist. Adoption in later batches remains unconfirmed.

## Shared task

Return to original wording and mark changes rather than replacing it with an untraceable new assessment.

1. Which statements are directly corrected?
2. Which have stronger support but still need conditions?
3. Which stage priorities remain reasonably different?
4. Which unknowns require further records rather than guesses?

Complete worksheet F, G and H before the reference review. There is no standard allocation percentage or required highest contributor.
