# Shared Event and Four Role Cards F01–F07

Andrew David W.Y. · T02 material 01

## Instructions

All events and roles are fictional. Everyone reads the same F01–F07; no role has exclusive facts. The four cards provide duties and questions, not an obligation to defend the assigned role or seek its highest assessment.

Do not open B01–B03 yet. Use only this packet in round one and state what is missing.

## Shared event cards

### F01 | Task and assessment scope

Complete delivery and acceptance of 40 reusable transport boxes as agreed, recording coordination problems and reusable methods. The window runs from this batch's requirements clarification to final acceptance. Produce assessment recommendations for later discussion, not actual allocations.

### F02 | Customer discussions

Business development completed two rounds and obtained confirmation of this batch's requirements. The customer expressed willingness to discuss another batch. No new signed order is supplied.

### F03 | Delivery and acceptance

Initially 36 passed and four required adjustment; after handling, all 40 passed final acceptance. Complete rework-cause records are absent.

### F04 | Supply coordination

Standard components were delayed. The supplier coordinated alternatives and expedited transport. Complete alternative approvals, freight settlement and responsibility records are absent.

### F05 | Selected hours

Delivery staff recorded six additional adjustment hours; process improvement recorded 12 hours preparing the checklist. Complete hours, costs and task difficulty are not consistently recorded for all parties.

### F06 | Improvement documents and trial

An assembly checklist and issue form were created and trialled at closeout. One use record is supplied. Continuing use and efficiency gains have no follow-up data yet.

### F07 | Duties and exercise authority

Business development handles customers; delivery handles progress and acceptance coordination; supply coordination handles components; improvement handles the checklist and issue summaries. Complete defect attribution and risk-sharing arrangements are absent. Learners may recommend assessments, not change remuneration or contracts or grant equity.

## Four working viewpoints

These are not a complete stakeholder representation. Duties locate observation; they do not replace evidence of activity, actual performance or responsibility.

### R01 | Business development

Task: clarify requirements, communicate with customers and connect cooperation.

- Which discussions helped produce executable requirements?
- How did other roles support final delivery?
- What does willingness to discuss another batch establish?

Common task: identify two contributions to discuss first; record fact IDs, six-dimension reasons and unknowns, plus one other person's contribution you may overlook.

### R02 | Delivery operations

Task: progress, acceptance coordination and exceptions.

- What supported completion?
- Are rework, cause and responsibility distinguished?
- Which upstream or supply work made delivery easier?

Common task: identify two contributions to discuss first; record fact IDs, six-dimension reasons and unknowns, plus one other person's contribution you may overlook.

### R03 | Supply coordination

Task: components, alternatives and transport.

- Which specific problem did coordination solve?
- What supports extra work, cash advanced, risk and expense compensation separately?
- Is there enough evidence of irreplaceability?

Common task: identify two contributions to discuss first; record fact IDs, six-dimension reasons and unknowns, plus one other person's contribution you may overlook.

### R04 | Process improvement

Task: checklist preparation, use observation and issue summaries.

- Was it used, and how far is the effect observable?
- How do this batch's results differ from possible future value?
- Which frontline experience helped create it?

Common task: identify two contributions to discuss first; record fact IDs, six-dimension reasons and unknowns, plus one other person's contribution you may overlook.

## Shared first-round questions

1. Which two contributions did you select? Does the evidence establish action, output or effect?
2. Which dimension explains their importance? Was the same result counted twice?
3. What further information is needed to assess relative weight?
4. Whose work supported the result, and is that connection adequately evidenced?
5. Which statement cannot yet be concluded?

Incomplete hours, risks or costs do not mean zero contribution. Continued discussion is not a new order, and final acceptance does not mean every step was defect-free.
